Great location, walking distance from the centre of the 'action' and ten minutes walk from the airport bus stop. Friendly, professional, and efficient check-in. The room had everything you'd need. Everywhere nice and clean, and the buffet breakfast was great value for money. I'd recommend and reuse this hotel.

Convenient location, friendly and attentive staff. The rooms were clean, had comfortable beds, and included all the necessary amenities. Daily room service helped keep everything fresh and tidy. The breakfast deserves a special mention - it was truly outstanding! There were plenty of options for mains and an exceptional variety of delicious local desserts and pastries. The opportunity to make fresh orange juice was a nice bonus. :) Traveling with my wife and our 5-year-old daughter, we were all very happy with our experience here. We would definitely recommend it to others.

We arrived early due to ferry coming in at 8am the receptionist was really nice and understanding. She let us check in early so that we didn't have to wait around. This was really good on her behalf and she deserves credit for it. I can't remember her name but she had red hair.

The staff were extremely considerate and helpful. I checked in to find that my room hadn't been cleaned after the departure of the previous guest and spoke to the person at the desk to let him know I would need some fresh towels (they had been left in the bidet and sink). He was extremely apologetic--I felt guilty, as my comment had in no way been intended as a complaint--and sent someone up to the room immediately, kept apologising profusely, and offered me free dinner in the hotel restaurant (which I politely declined, out of guilt). This reflects the standard of service at this hotel, which was excellent.

The staff were great! The view from the window in the room was nice. The location of the hotel is good, everything is so close.
